初次使用Godaddy的感受

下午的时候,用Godaddy注册域名imybo.com,由于第一次使用Godaddy感觉不熟悉,查询了很多资料之后还是有很多困难。让我觉得国外的服务商服务态度就是比国内的强。

事件如下:

今天用谷歌浏览器登录的Godaddy,在进行最后一步Alipay™时候,浏览器故障了,cookice全部丢失但是Dollar却照付了。用ie登录Godaddy,domain name下面显示为空,情急之下用中文草拟了一份求助信然后用google翻译出来,也没管语法之类的东西直接就提交客服了。

几分钟之后,Godaddy发来信息(程序化无实质内容)原文如下:

We’ve received your question. You can expect a response within 24 hours.

当这份邮件发过来时候,domain name已经可以用了但是Godaddy发来了第三封邮件

至此申诉完毕,反应速度大大高于国内的某度还有华某商的反应速度。

国内的某度,我的回执显示“对方删除邮件”……

华某商更绝,在那天华某商网站遭到入侵之后,我发邮件给我找到的所有华某商的email,发过去没着落……

感慨:国内的某些服务商不要以为自己站稳了脚跟,就降低本来就没有高过的服务水准。OverQuicl
